Public Commitment Letter on Social Responsibility and Environmental Protection

I. Commitment to Social Responsibility

The Company strictly abides by national laws and regulations as well as international labor and human rights standards, and hereby solemnly promises and publicizes the following policies:

Anti-Forced Labor

The Company will never employ forced labor, prison labor or debt-bonded labor in any form. All employees sign labor contracts voluntarily. Employees have the right to resign freely. The Company will not detain employees' identity documents nor charge entry deposits.

Anti-Child Labor

The Company resolutely prohibits the employment of child labor under the age of 16. All employees' identity documents will be verified upon entry to establish age files; if child labor is accidentally hired, the Company will immediately stop their work, arrange health check-ups, and cooperate with guardians to implement educational placement until they reach the legal working age.

Anti-Human Trafficking

It is strictly prohibited to recruit or transfer labor force by means of coercion, inducement, deception, forced detention, etc., and all acts related to human trafficking are eliminated.

II. Environmental Sustainable Development Goals

The Company takes 2025 as the data base year and sets phased quantitative environmental protection goals in 2030:

Reduction and Recycling of Solid Waste

Goal: By the end of 2030, the generation of non-hazardous waste will decrease by 10% compared with 2025; the comprehensive recycling rate of waste such as production offcuts and discarded packaging will be ≥95%, minimizing the amount of landfill disposal.

Water Conservation Management

Goal: By the end of 2030, the comprehensive domestic water consumption will decrease by 7% compared with 2025.

Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction

Goal: Reduce carbon emissions through energy-saving transformation of equipment and replacement of clean energy; by the end of 2030, the greenhouse gas emission per unit product will decrease by 12% compared with 2025.

Remarks: The current emission is calculated internally based on water, electricity and fuel bills. The Company plans to complete a full-scale comprehensive inventory of greenhouse gases within 2026.

III. Regular Review and Document Update

The Company's management reviews the progress of all goals every year, and the progress of the previous year will be publicized on the Company's official website simultaneously. This Commitment Letter is valid for a long term, and the revised policies and goals will be re-publicized on the official website immediately after adjustment.
